We moved into our new state-of-the-art office building on September 29 & 30, and officially opened to see patients on October 1, 2005. We are now located at 20251 John J. Williams Highway (Route 24) Lewes, DE 19958 but our phone and fax numbers have not changed. We had a ribbon cutting ceremony on Monday, October 3, 2005 which was our first full day seeing patients in the new facility.
